Mutale is an Investment Banker with a successful career in corporate finance, commercial and retail banking at Wells Fargo and Bank of America / Countrywide in the USA. Since returning to Zambia in 2008, his focus has been on financing and advising SMEs, property developments and agriculture programmes.

Kangwa is a finance professional with a background in impact investments and trade finance. She has experience with business advisory and operations management. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance from Copperbelt University and an Investment Advisory and Stockbroker qualification from Zambia College of Pensions and Insurance Trust.

Alice has over 20 years of experience in Commercial nd Retail Banking focusing on SMEs and Emerging Businesses having worked in Zambia and the UAE. She has worked for the Standard Chartered Bank, Access Bank PLC and Barclays Bank.

Mawawa holds a BSc degree in Banking and Finance from The Copperbelt University. 
She had 3 years work experience in the Insurance Industry where she developed exceptional skills in risk analysis and is able to apply these in her role as credit analyst

Claire has over 16 years of experience working in a global financial institutions such as Standard Chartered and First Africa Banks in Johannesburg SA. She has worked in varying roles within the Retail and Corporate banking industry. Claire holds a Bachelor Of Business Administration from Milpark Business School and Higher Certificate of Leadership Practical from University of Johannesburg.

In her role as Relationship Manager, Claire's focus is on building and maintaining customer relationships and developing strategies and processes to ensure their satisfaction.
